Returns, cancellations and refunds — and your statutory rights.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds work, alongside your legal rights.
1. Your right to cancel (14 days)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you generally have the right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at info@vanguardroofing.services with your order details. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
2. Condition of returned goods
Returned items should be unused, in a resaleable condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods.
3. Return shipping
Unless an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, you are responsible for the cost of returning it. Please obtain proof of postage, as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method via Stripe, normally within 14 days. Refunds include the standard delivery cost of the original order where the full order is returned within the cancellation period.
5. Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we will put it right at no cost to you, including reasonable return postage.
6. Exclusions
Some items may be exempt from the standard right to cancel — for example, products made or customised to your specification, or sealed items unsealed after delivery where return isn’t appropriate for health or safety reasons. Any such exclusions will be made clear before you order.
7. How to start a return
Email info@vanguardroofing.services or call +44 7828 795364 with your order number and details, and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
